8 - 12 week classroom style classes
These classes require the attendees to come each week and learn the principles of Pilates. They will learn moves that build upon one another and once the class is done, they will have the knowledge to practice Pilates on their own.
Drop in Fitness and Pilates Classes
These classes are similiar to fitness gym classes. Anyone can drop in for the class to get a good workout when their schedule permits. The classes we offer are:
