Boot Camp classes are an excellent way to get a full body workout. Complemented with Pilates classes, this workout combination takes fitness to a new level.

What is Boot Camp?
Being an intensive workout, Boot Camp is recommended for those in good physical condition. A typical Boot Camp workout includes:
