Pilates Your Way is now offering NEW, cutting edge Boot Camp workouts that target the butt and thighs!


Boot Camp classes are an excellent way to get a full body workout. Complemented with Pilates classes, this workout combination takes fitness to a new level.

What is Boot Camp?

Being an intensive workout, Boot Camp is recommended for those in good physical condition. A typical Boot Camp workout includes:

Sprints
Jump roping
Squats and lunges
Push-ups
Sit-ups
Boxing

Boot Camp classes are a great way to lose weight and burn calories while having fun.
